Perspective: President Trump’s Intervention in Roger Stone’s DOJ Case

Last updated on February 17, 2020

New Developments since Saturday’s Broadcast: Prosecutors and members of the “DOJ Alumni” are calling on Attorney General William Barr to resign for his “interference in the fair administration of justice”. The call to resign was posted on Medium.

There is more effrontery over at The White House, but this time it is internal. The Roger Stone case has been back in the headlines, and only supplemented by Trump appointee Attorney General William Barr who said that the President’s  tweets make it “impossible for him to do his job”. Has Barr been the highest ranking member in the upper echelons of Trump’s administration to publicly speak out against him?
